In an effort to protect our residents and staff, and encourage our residents’ healing, all in-house Share-a-Meals and volunteer activities have been canceled until further notice. We are also halting all visitors to the facility, including family members. You can email our Business Manager, Jackie Tyndal at j.tyndal@blvd.org if you have any questions or would like more information.

In addition to ramping up our already stringent cleaning schedule, we are sheltering in place, regularly taking temperatures of all residents and staff, and holding townhall meetings to keep our staff and residents informed and educated. We are following CDC guidelines on wearing masks and other PPE while maintaining social distance inside the house. We reevaluate the situation on a regular basis and take further action as necessary. Our website will be updated accordingly with any changes.

This has been hard on our residents and staff, too, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding. If you would still like to give back, please DONATE now. If you would still like to participate in our Share A Meal program or if you have in-kind donations, please contact Jackie Tyndal at j.tyndal@blvd.org to arrange for the drop-off of items or delivery of individually packaged meals.

We are in need of the following items: gloves, Lysol or similar spray & wipes, disinfectant, hospital gowns, hand sanitizer, masks, disposable food dishes with partitions, disposable eating utensils, and card games, puzzles, word play, or any sort of game one can play individually. We have an Amazon wishlist with more specific items. Our staff and residents would also benefit from your words of encouragement during this difficult time.

Thank you for your continued support. Stay healthy and safe, and we look forward to seeing you soon!
